feat: view a person's profile

Ability to click on someone in team members list and see an overview.

Ability to see positions, roles, and permission set.

Ability to see a list of responsibilities generated from positions.

Ability to see who user reports to.

Ability to see a user-set biography.

Ability to see pronouns if set.

Further ideas:

• Show fine-grained information based on permission flag.

  e.g. contact information

• Show recent activity in moderation if permission flag is present (access to moderation or otherwise).

• Show recent comments across admin tools if permission flag is present (access to object or otherwise).
